Maxwell and Company London was appointed to carry out the refurbishment of a  lower ground floor apartment in the heart of Fitzrovia, London. The brief was to convert a segmented and poorly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment with special emphasis on make the most of the natural light entering the property from the front and rear light wells. The response looked at removing several of the existing partition walls and a  small secondary bathroom to allow for a more uniform, open plan space to be created.
